1) 30-Day Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to withdraw from the contract and request a return. Items must be new, unused/unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Note for EU/EEA & UK: A legal 14-day right of withdrawal applies to most distance purchases. Our 30-day store return policy is in addition to this right. If local law grants more favorable rights, those will apply.
2) How to Make a Return (Withdrawal)

Email us (see the footer) with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

Wait for our reply with return instructions and the correct return address.

Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.

3) Return Shipping Costs

For standard withdrawals/returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs (where permitted by law).

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us first (see footer) so we can resolve the issue.
4) Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the item price to your original payment method.

Initial shipping fees will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned items or proof of return.
5) Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
For all other cases, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
6) Fees

No restocking fees or return handling fees are applied.
