Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. (Business days = Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.)


Shipping Options & Delivery Times

At checkout, you will see the available shipping methods for your address. Typical estimates:

  • Standard: ~7 to 12 business days

  • Express: ~4 to 8 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier capacity, weather conditions, and peak periods. Transit times start once your order has been shipped, not at the time of purchase.


Order Tracking

When your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress from start to finish. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to appear.


International Shipping

We ship to most countries. Please note the following for international orders:

  • Delivery usually takes 10 to 15 business days, depending on location and customs.

  • Customs inspections may cause delays that are beyond our control.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or if your package arrives damaged, please email us (see footer), and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier. Be sure to keep the packaging and take photos of any damage for claims.


Split Shipments

To speed up delivery, items from the same order may be shipped separately at no extra cost. You will receive a separate tracking email for each package.


P.O. Boxes & Restricted Addresses

Some carriers or express services cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or remote areas. If this affects your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.


Holidays & Peak Periods

During busy periods (e.g., Black Friday / Cyber Monday), processing and transit times may be longer than usual.
